Let’s Discuss Your Project

Do you need a 3D timber structure model, workshop documentation, assembly drawings, CNC data or reconstruction of a model in another CAD environment?

Based on the information provided, we can create a new model or rebuild elements of an existing model in Cadwork or Tekla® Structures. The possibilities and scope of the model reconstruction are assessed after reviewing the source files.

Send us the basic information about your project. Describe the required scope, the construction technology and the intended use of the model and documentation.

Based on this information, we will identify the required source materials and discuss the scope of work, schedule and quotation.

How Can We Help?

You can contact us regarding:

  • timber structure modelling from the ground up;

  • development of prefabricated walls, floors and roofs;

  • workshop and assembly documentation;

  • material schedules and element lists;

  • preparation of CNC data;

  • automation of selected CAD tasks;

  • rebuilding elements of an existing model in Cadwork or Tekla® Structures;

  • further development of an existing CAD or IFC model.

Model Reconstruction in Another CAD Environment

If you require a model in another CAD environment, send us the available source files and specify the required target environment.

Please include:

  • the software in which the source model was created;

  • whether the model should be rebuilt in Cadwork or Tekla® Structures;

  • which elements and information should be retained;

  • whether you require editable elements, drawings or schedules;

  • the required delivery date.

After reviewing the files, we will identify which elements and properties can be rebuilt, which items require additional work and how the result will be checked.

Not every property of the source model has a direct equivalent in another program. The extent to which data and editability can be retained is determined individually for each assignment.

Remote Cooperation

We carry out assignments remotely for prefabrication companies, contractors, engineering and design offices, and private or commercial clients.

For file exchange and project communication, we can use:

  • Dropbox or another agreed solution for transferring documentation;

  • Microsoft Teams for calls and online meetings;

  • Remote Desktop for work within the client’s digital environment, after access conditions have been agreed;

  • e-mail for enquiries, drawings and project information.

What Should You Include in Your First Message?

If available, please provide:

  • architectural documentation, drawings or an existing model;

  • CAD or IFC files;

  • the main dimensions;

  • a description of the construction technology;

  • wall, floor or roof build-ups;

  • the required scope of the model and documentation;

  • the required target CAD environment;

  • technical information about the CNC machine if the assignment includes production data;

  • the requested delivery date.

You do not need to have all the information ready when submitting your initial enquiry. After an initial review, we will explain which additional details are required.
